These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and services related to construction, interior design & execution, renovation, government contracts, and interior & exterior building product sales. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to comply with these terms.

2. Services

Construction Services
Interior Design & Execution
Renovation Services
Government & Institutional Contract Works
Supply of Interior & Exterior Products (Wallpaper, Blinds, Glass Films, Flooring, Laminates, Louvers, etc.)

All services are subject to written agreements, quotations, work orders, or contracts signed between the Company and the Client.

3. Quotations & Pricing

All quotations are valid for the period mentioned in the proposal.
Prices may vary based on material costs, design changes, site conditions, or scope modifications.
Final project cost will be governed by the signed agreement.
Additional work beyond the approved scope will be charged separately.

4. Payment Terms

Payment schedules will be clearly defined in the agreement.
Delayed payments may attract penalties or work suspension.
The Company reserves the right to withhold delivery or handover in case of outstanding dues.

5. Project Timelines

Project timelines are estimated based on scope and site readiness.
Delays caused by force majeure events, client-side delays, material shortages, or regulatory approvals are not the Company’s liability.
Revised timelines will be communicated where necessary.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

Providing accurate project details and documentation
Ensuring site accessibility
Obtaining necessary government approvals unless otherwise agreed
Making payments as per schedule

7. Government Contracts

For government or public sector projects, all works will be executed strictly in accordance with tender documents, official specifications, and applicable compliance requirements.

8. Product Sales

Products sold (wallpapers, blinds, laminates, flooring, etc.) are subject to manufacturer warranty terms.
Customised products cannot be returned once approved and processed.
Installation services may carry separate warranty terms.

9. Intellectual Property

All designs, drawings, layouts, concepts, and materials created by the Company remain intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement as per terms mentioned in the contract. Outstanding dues must be cleared upon termination.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Guwahati, Assam.
